My daughter has thrived with Ms. Stevens instruction through Legacy Martial Arts Camp Hill! We’ve tried many different types of extra curricula activities and she lost interest within a month! Ella has been involved since January and still looks forward to going! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her mentally and physically. She’s made friendships and relationships that we would have never found without this class. I’m so proud of everything she’s accomplished so far and can’t wait to see what she’s going to do in the future.

We came to Ms Stevens in a time when we were experiencing so many challenges in our little family. My beautiful daughter needed a good role model to show her how to channel her unregulated emotional energy. Not only is my daughter making strides in her emotional regulation, she's learning how to harness her endless energy into learning valuable self defense and life skills. Attending class with her feels like extra therapy for this stressed out momma too, especially with lessons in mindfulness built into each class. Ms. Stevens has a beautiful way of commanding respect from a class full of energetic students but in a kind way. She's been amazing to this neurodiverse family over the past several months. My daughter is working hard towards her black belt goal and learning to be more respectful and patient at home. I highly recommend Legacy Martial Arts Camp Hill!
